"SleepZip," "we," "us," and "our" refer to SleepZip LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company operating sleepzip.com. "You" means anyone who visits the site or places an order. These Terms of Service apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
2. Orders & acceptance
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — and if we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
3. Pricing & payment
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change, but the price in effect when you order is the price you pay.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
- We make every effort to display accurate prices. In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount charged.
4. The 60-night trial & returns

5. Product information & health disclaimer
We work to describe products accurately, but minor variations in color, dimensions, and firmness may occur, and product images are illustrative.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer it, submit fraudulent orders, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for anyone who does.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, the SleepZip name, and design — is owned by or licensed to SleepZip and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.
8. Reviews & submissions
If you submit a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our business. You're responsible for what you submit, and it must be truthful and your own.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, SleepZip's total liability for any claim related to a product or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.
10. Indemnification
You agree to hold SleepZip harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.
11. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please email us — most issues are resolved with one message.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with the "Last updated" date above, is the one that applies. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
