The short version
SleepZip is a small direct-to-consumer sleep-comfort company. We collect the minimum information we need to ship you a pillow, answer your questions, process payment, and understand which ads bring people to our site. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers required to run the business — like our shipping carriers and payment processor.

We share your information only with vendors who help us operate, and only as much as they need:

- Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners to deliver your order.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers or our company. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

We keep order records for as long as needed to support you, comply with our legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, restricted access, and a payment processor that handles card data under PCI-DSS standards. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
Children
Our site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
