Shipping Policy

How fast we ship, what it costs, where we deliver, and how to find your tracking. The short version: shipping is free in the lower 48, and most orders go out within one to two business days.

Processing time

We pack and ship most orders within 1–2 business days of when you place them (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed over a weekend go out the following business day. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Every order ships free within the contiguous United States. Here's what to expect once your order is on its way:

Transit times are estimates from the day your order ships, not from the day you order, and don't include our 1–2 day processing window. Carriers occasionally run slower during peak holiday weeks.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email a tracking number and link. If you haven't seen it within three business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then email us at support@sleepzip.com with your order number and we'll track it down.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO military addresses. We are not shipping internationally at this time. If that changes, we'll update this page.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you enter. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll happily reship it once you confirm the correct address — you'll only be responsible for any reshipment cost. Reach us quickly at support@sleepzip.com if you spot a mistake; we can sometimes correct it before the order ships.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, give it 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early) and check with neighbors and your building. If it still hasn't turned up, email us and we'll open a carrier investigation and make it right. If your wedge arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement — no need to return the damaged one.

A note on how it ships

Your wedge arrives compressed and rolled in a single box to keep shipping easy and free. Once you open it, give it about an hour to expand to its full shape before your first night. This is normal for foam products and doesn't affect the firmness or feel.
