Give it at least two weeks
Here's the one thing we ask. Sleeping on an incline is a new position for most people, and it usually takes the better part of a week — sometimes two — for your body to adjust. Almost everyone who returns a wedge in the first few nights would have kept it if they'd stuck it out. So please give it at least 14 nights before deciding. That's not a requirement for your refund; it's just honest advice from people who want you to actually benefit from it.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@sleepzip.com from the address on your order, with your order number and the subject line "Return."
- Tell us briefly why — it helps us improve the product, but you don't have to give a reason.
- We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for orders within the contiguous U.S.
- Pack it up (the original box is ideal but not required) and drop it off.
How refunds are issued
Once we receive your returned wedge, we inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method for the full product price. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Original shipping was free, so there's nothing to refund there. For returns within the contiguous U.S., return shipping is on us. For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, return shipping may be deducted from your refund; we'll let you know the amount up front.
Multi-pack returns
Bought a 2-pack or 3-pack and only want to keep some? No problem. You can return any unwanted wedges within the trial window for a refund of those units. If returning part of a discounted bundle changes the per-unit price you qualified for, we'll recalculate the refund accordingly and explain the math clearly before processing.
Damaged or defective items
If your wedge arrives damaged or develops a defect, email us a photo within the trial period and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You won't need to pay for return shipping on a damaged or defective item, and in most cases you won't need to ship it back at all.
What's not covered
- Returns requested after the 60-night trial window has closed.
- Items damaged by misuse, alteration, or normal wear well beyond the trial period.
- Products purchased from third-party resellers rather than sleepzip.com — those are subject to the reseller's policy.
A note on returned product
For health and hygiene reasons, returned wedges are not resold as new. Where they're in good condition, we donate them to local shelters and care facilities in the Asheville area rather than sending them to a landfill.
